Over a hundred stalls spread through an ornate 19th-century iron hall, selling fish from the coastal étangs, oysters, mussels, locally made charcuterie, cheeses from across the Languedoc, piles of summer vegetables, and herbs. Open every day from 7am to 1pm. Go hungry.
