Boulogne is most easily reached from the UK by Eurostar to Lille (1h30 from London St Pancras) then a regional train south to Boulogne-Ville station (45 minutes). Alternatively, the LD Lines and BritFerries ferries from Folkestone and Newhaven provide a direct sea crossing, though these services are less frequent than the Calais crossing. By road from Paris, the A16 motorway runs direct (240km, about 2h30). From Calais, Boulogne is 35 kilometres south on the A16 — a logical addition to any Channel crossing itinerary.
