A small museum dedicated to the tin-glazed earthenware (faïence) for which Rouen was famous from the late 16th century onward. The medium is delicate and the displays are well-lit and well-paced; the building, a 17th-century hôtel particulier with a quiet inner courtyard, is part of the appeal.
Worth combining with the Beaux-Arts and the wrought-iron museum, all three of which are close together on the northern side of the old town and share a single admission ticket.
