Killesberg Park is one of Stuttgart's most attractive green spaces, laid out on higher ground north of the centre with gardens, lawns, sculptures, and paths that make good use of the slope. It was shaped for garden shows and still feels more designed than wild.
The park's best-known feature is the Killesberg Tower, an open steel observation tower with broad views over Stuttgart. Families also come for the small park railway and play areas, but even a short visit is worthwhile for the combination of landscaping and city panorama.
