Pink baroque town hall on the market square

The town hall sits in the middle of the market square and is impossible to miss — a tall baroque building with a stepped gable, painted in a soft pink that catches the afternoon light. It was built in the early 1750s, replacing a medieval predecessor that had stood on the same spot.

The clock tower is the high point of the skyline from the river side. Inside is the tourist information office, where you can pick up the sundial trail map and ask which of the local wineries are open for tastings.
