Hinanger Wasserfall is a short walk rather than a major expedition, but it gives Sonthofen a good low-effort nature stop. The path climbs through woods and damp rock to a waterfall set above the village of Hinang.
Come after rain or in warm weather, when the cool spray and shaded trail make the walk feel more rewarding. It pairs well with a longer gorge or Grunten day.
