Getting There

Bad Bentheim has a railway station on the Amsterdam–Berlin mainline. Direct trains connect the town to Osnabrück (around 45 minutes) and to Enschede just across the Dutch border (around 20 minutes). From Amsterdam, a regional connection via Hengelo and Enschede is the most straightforward approach.

By road, Bad Bentheim sits just off the A30 autobahn, the main motorway connecting Osnabrück to the Dutch border at Gronau. From Münster, the drive is under an hour. The nearest large cities with airports are Münster/Osnabrück (FMO), about 60 kilometres southeast, and Amsterdam Schiphol about 170 kilometres northwest.
