Iserhatsche is Bispingen at its oddest: a hunting villa, landscape garden and private fantasy world with decorated interiors, a model castle and a taste for theatrical excess. It is not a classic heath sight, but it is memorable if you like places that refuse to be tidy.
Treat it as a contrast to the walks around Wilsede. After hours of heather and sandy tracks, Iserhatsche feels deliberately strange, a local curiosity rather than a polished museum.
