Phänomenta is the lighter stop in Peenemünde, a hands-on science museum with experiments and optical tricks aimed especially at families. It does not have the historical weight of the rocket museum, but it gives children and tired adults a break from war technology.
Use it as a second stop if you are spending most of the day in town, especially in poor weather.
