The Old Harbour is the most atmospheric part of Spetses town. Traditional wooden shipyards still work here, old houses stand above the water, and the quay becomes a slow parade of fishing boats, water taxis, yachts, and evening walkers.
Come late in the day if you can. The walk from Dapia is easy, and the harbour looks best when the light drops behind the masts and the pine-covered headland.
