The village's Calvinist (Reformed) church is the venue for concerts of the annual Zemplén Arts Festival (Zempléni Művészeti Napok) each August, which brings classical and folk music into the valley for a long weekend. Outside festival time the church is a quiet whitewashed building, simple in the Protestant manner of the Hungarian highlands.
Open on Sundays for services. The wooden coffered ceiling and the small graveyard around it are characteristic of village churches in this part of north-eastern Hungary.
