RepTar is the strongest single reason to stop in Szolnok. The museum grew from a Hungarian aviation collection into a large indoor and outdoor site, with military aircraft, engines, uniforms, and interactive exhibits.
It is close to the railway station, so it can work even as a long break in a rail journey. Aviation fans should allow more time than they expect; casual visitors can still make a satisfying visit from the aircraft park and main exhibition halls.
