Glengarriff sits on the N71 between Bantry and Kenmare. A car gives you the freedom to combine it with the Beara Peninsula or Sheep's Head, but buses also run along the West Cork route from Cork via Bantry and onward toward Kenmare and Killarney. In summer, leave time for slow traffic on the narrow scenic stretches.
