The Pineta di Santa Filomena is a protected pine strip between Pescara and Montesilvano. On a coast that can feel very built-up, its shade and resin scent are a small but welcome correction.
Use it for a walk, a breather from the beach, or a cooler route along the coast. It also makes Montesilvano feel less like a pure hotel zone, especially at the southern edge of town.
