Fiuggi's main draw is its mineral springs, and there is nothing wrong with accepting that on its own terms. The spa parks are genuinely pleasant places to spend a morning, and the medieval hilltop town above offers a real contrast to the belle époque grandeur below. Come to drink the water, walk the parks, wander the old lanes, and eat well.
