The Porto di Andora is a large modern marina on the western edge of the town, with berths for over 600 boats. It has all the facilities a sailor needs — fuel, repairs, chandlery, showers, and a sailing club that organises races and courses throughout the season. The promenade around the marina is one of the more pleasant walking areas in town, especially in the evening when the boats are all in and the cafes fill up.
Sailing and windsurfing are taught here in summer, and the bay between Capo Mele and Capo Cervo offers good conditions for both. The relative shelter of the bay and the consistent afternoon sea breeze make it popular with beginners. Kayak hire is also available near the marina entrance.
