Bardineto's parish church was built in 1720, replacing an earlier structure on the same site. Its façade is characteristic of the unpretentious baroque style found in many inland Ligurian villages of that era — dignified but without the extravagance of coastal counterparts. The interior contains a decent collection of devotional paintings and carved wooden furnishings.
The church sits at the centre of village life, its bell tower visible from the surrounding hills. Mass is still held regularly, and the church square serves as an informal gathering point for residents, particularly in the cooler evenings of summer.
