Grotta delle Rondinelle is a sea cave named for the swallows that nest here in spring. Two natural pillars frame the entrance, and the cave is at its most dramatic around sunset, when low light catches the water and rock.
It is the kind of Tremiti Islands sight best seen from a boat or on a coastal excursion. Conditions matter, so ask locally before setting out.
