Bibione Terme draws on a 400-metre-deep aquifer of sodium-bicarbonate-sulphate water — warm, lightly mineralised, and good for muscle complaints. The complex includes outdoor and indoor pools, a sauna and steam circuit, and a separate medical wing for mud-pack treatments and physiotherapy.
It is a useful wet-day option in shoulder season and offers reasonable day passes. The pools sit a short ride behind the main hotel strip.
