Bridvaišis is the nearest of the lakes that make Tytuvėnai Regional Park more than a monastery stop. The shore is used for swimming, kayaking, fishing, and short walks, with forest and low hills giving the area a gentle, rural feel.
There is also a small hillfort by the lake. It is not dramatic, but it adds a layer of older settlement history to an otherwise easy summer outing.
