Vianden's Stadtmuseum is a small town museum in two adjoining houses on the main street. One building preserves 19th-century domestic interiors; the other tells the story of a 1950s bakery and the house once linked to Luxembourgish poet Edmond de la Fontaine, better known as Dicks.
It is modest but worthwhile if you have already come for the castle and want a closer look at ordinary town life in old Vianden.
