Lokuv Lake is a small glacial lake on Dešat Mountain, reached by a forested hike from Trebište or Bituše. It is not a grand alpine lake, but the setting is quiet and the walk gives a good taste of the highland landscape around Mavrovo.
Benches around the shore make it an easy place to pause before heading back. The nearby dairy farms are known for Trebište cheese, so the lake works best as part of a slow mountain outing rather than a quick photo stop.
