Cocev Kamen is a volcanic hilltop cave site in Kratovo Municipality, with traces of very old habitation and rock paintings on some of the walls. Local tradition also connects it with ancient sky-watching, though the archaeology is still less neatly packaged than at better-known sites.
The setting is part of the appeal. Come for a rougher, more open-air stop that fits well with Kratovo's bridges, towers, and nearby Stone Town of Kuklica.
