The easiest and most enjoyable way to reach Senglea is the dgħajsa water taxi from the Valletta Waterfront — a brightly painted traditional Maltese boat that crosses the Grand Harbour in about ten minutes for a few euros each way. The boats run frequently in summer and on demand off-season.
By land, buses 1, 2, and 3 run from Valletta to the Three Cities; get off at Cospicua and walk the last 400 metres into Senglea. Driving is possible but parking on the peninsula is almost impossible; leave the car in Cospicua.
