Weeshuis

Weeshuis is a 16th-century orphanage complex in Leiden, also known as Kinderrechtenhuis. The historic buildings now host cultural and foundation work, but the old courtyard setting and layered social history make it a worthwhile pause while walking through the city's older streets.
