Bjornasen Nature Reserve covers a wooded ridge on the western side of Jeloya. The main reason to come is the viewpoint at the top, where the Oslofjord opens out below the trees.
It is a simple outdoor stop rather than a major monument, but it works well if you are already exploring Jeloya's galleries, beaches, and coastal paths.
