Stryn Summer Ski Centre is one of the odd pleasures of this part of Norway: a seasonal ski area high on the old Stryn mountain road, operating when snow and access allow. The idea of skiing under long summer light is the attraction as much as the runs themselves.
Check conditions before you go. In poor weather or outside the season, the road and mountain scenery may still be worthwhile, but the ski centre is not a dependable everyday sight.
