Condeixa-a-Nova is 15 km south of Coimbra and easily reached by regular buses from Coimbra's SMTUC network. The journey takes about 30 minutes. By car from Coimbra, follow the IC2 south and then signs to Condeixa; from the motorway (A1), exit at Condeixa. The Conimbriga ruins themselves are about 1.5 km from the centre of Condeixa — either take a taxi from the main square or walk (follow signs for the Ruínas).
