Bucharest - Pitesti - Curtea de Arges: 150 km away from Bucharest and about 38 km from Pitesti. To get there, you only need two hours driving if you choose highway Bucharest-Pitesti (110 Km), and then follow the national road 7c (DN 7c), which connects Pitesti to Curtea de Arges. No matter if you have your own car or choose the public transportation, either from Bucharest (Autogara Militari) or Pitesti (Bascov Station).
The public transportation is provided by private companies but there aren't always the best conditions you can get.
Ramnicu Valcea - Curtea de Arges: about 40 km in about 40 minutes. At the exit from Ramnicul Valcea there are 2 options: follow the European Road 7 (E 7), to get Pitesti (60 km),or go dirrectly to Curtea de Arges, on national road 73c (DN 73c)- almost the same duration.
