Sugás Băi, or Sugásfürdő, is a small mountain resort area uphill from the city, reached by road through the forest. It has mineral springs, walking trails, winter ski slopes and simple outdoor facilities.
It is not a grand resort, but it rounds out Sfântu Gheorghe nicely. After the museums and town centre, this is where you go for fresh air and a sense of the wooded hills that frame the Olt valley.
