The Cathedral of the Resurrection is the strongest building in Lalsk. Built from 1698 to 1716, it is a northern five-domed church with small chapels and Ustyug ceramic detail, more severe than the bright church architecture of central Russia.
See it together with the bell tower and Church of the Ascension. The ensemble is best understood from a little distance, especially from the right bank of the Lala River.
