Taynitsky Garden

Taynitsky Garden sits along the southern wall of the Moscow Kremlin. It is a quiet patch of formal greenery inside one of the city's most visited historic compounds.

Its best-known detail is the Cosmos oak, planted by Yuri Gagarin in April 1961, two days after he returned from the first human spaceflight.
