Moscow's Triumphal Arch stands in the middle of Kutuzovsky Avenue near Victory Park. The first arch was built in the 1820s and 1830s to mark Russia's victory over Napoleon; the present one was rebuilt in the 1960s from Osip Bove's original designs.
It is a quick stop rather than a long visit, but the setting makes sense as part of the city's wider war memorial landscape around Victory Square and Poklonnaya Hill.
