Sos del Rey Católico is essentially one large monument — the medieval old town is intact enough that wandering its lanes without a map is the primary activity. The main sights concentrate around the church of San Esteban, the parador (a former royal palace), the arcaded main square, and the castle. A half-day covers the highlights; a full day lets you slow down properly.
