Illa de sa Porrassa is a small, rocky, uninhabited island lying just off the southern end of Magaluf Bay. From the beach it looks like a simple lump of limestone, but the underwater terrain around it is interesting for snorkellers — clear water, rocky reef, and good visibility most of the year. Paddle boards and sea kayaks can reach it from the beach in about fifteen minutes.
The island itself is not accessible — there is no landing spot — but circling it by kayak or paddleboard takes about 20 minutes and gives good views back to the resort and across to Cap de Cala Figuera. Several operators on Magaluf Beach hire out paddleboards and kayaks by the hour.
