El Fort is a pair of ruined First Carlist War fortifications on the hill above Cullera, built over the site of an older Moorish citadel. The remains are simple, but the position gives wide views over the town, coast, river mouth, and surrounding rice fields.
Visit it as part of the hill circuit around Cullera Castle rather than as a stand-alone excursion.
