The most famous horchatería in the old town, on the Plaza Santa Catalina, going since at least the 18th century. The signature order is a tall glass of icy horchata with a paper bag of fartones — the long, soft, sugar-glazed pastry made for dunking. There are also chocolate and churros, ice creams, and Valencian sweets.
The interior is decorated with traditional Manises ceramic panels. Stand at the bar or pull up a tiny table inside. Open all day, every day. There is a second branch under the same name across town near the Estación del Norte.
