Museu de l'Horta is a small museum in Almà ssera, just north of Valencia, devoted to the traditional farm life of the huerta. Set in a former 19th-century slaughterhouse, it explains the kitchens, tools, household objects, and irrigation culture that shaped the market gardens around the city.
