Riksgränsen Station is more than transport logistics. It is part of the Malmbanan, the iron-ore railway linking the mines around Kiruna and Gällivare with the ice-free Norwegian port of Narvik.
For travellers, the station is what makes Riksgränsen unusually practical. You can step off a long-distance train in a border mountain landscape and be within a few hundred metres of the resort.
