Svartbäcksmåla is Nybro's outdoor breathing room. The forested recreation area southeast of town has trails and seasonal activities, including winter skiing when conditions cooperate.
It will not pull you across Sweden by itself, but it rounds out Nybro nicely if you want a walk between glassworks and museums.
