Kiviks Musteri is the largest cider press in Sweden, set in the heart of Kivik's apple country. The site has a shop selling its cider, juice, and apple brandy, plus a restaurant that takes apple cooking unusually seriously — apple-cured pork, apple chutneys, apple desserts.
The complex also has an orchard walk, a small museum on the history of cider in Skåne, and a fairground for children. It is at its best in May, when the orchards are in full bloom, and in late September during the harvest festival. Open daily from spring to early autumn.
