Cafées move out if possible in the summer. If you don't like to sit on the sidewalk it is possible to find a place in a garden or a park.

Café Ersta
This café on Södermalm has reasonable prices and perhaps the best view in Stockholm from the outdoor tables.
It is also a restaurant with lunch of the day and a big sallad buffé.
Getting there: Bus to Ersta Sjukhus.
Open: Monday - Sunday from late morning until early evening.

Café Lyran
Built in 1867 as a summerhouse, this yellow wooden house is now a café. It is possible to sit inside, in the garden, or on the veranda facing Mälaren.
Open all year. mon: closed, tues-fri: 12-21, sat-sun: 12-18.
Getting there: T: Bredäng, and then a short walk down towards the water.
