A royal summer palace about 70 kilometres south of Stockholm, set in forested grounds on the shore of Lake Tullgarn. The palace itself is a Baroque-influenced structure that was remodelled in the early 20th century and served as a summer retreat for King Gustav V, who spent the last decades of his life here. The interiors are preserved largely as he left them.

The grounds are open year-round and free to wander. Trails run through the estate forest down to the water, making it a decent half-day trip from Stockholm. The palace rooms can be seen on guided tours in summer. Getting here without a car requires a bus from Södertälje.
