Stevenage is very easy by train, with fast services from London King's Cross and connections north toward Cambridge, Peterborough, and the East Coast Main Line. The station sits beside the town centre and bus interchange.
The A1(M) runs just west of town. By car, Stevenage is straightforward but not especially charming; arrive, park, and walk the parts you came to see.
