The tapas bar at the edge of Borough Market has been serving excellent Spanish food since 2004. Jamón ibérico carved to order, tortilla, Padrón peppers, good Manchego. It's small and often busy on market days; arrive when it opens or be prepared to wait at the bar with a glass of Manzanilla. The attached shop sells the same Spanish ingredients to take home.
