Things to Do

Zennor rewards slow exploration on foot. The village itself takes 20 minutes to see; the real draw is the coast path and the moor. The South West Coast Path passes through Zennor Head and connects east to St Ives (about 6 miles) and west toward Gurnard's Head and St Just — some of the finest coastal walking in Cornwall.

The prehistoric landscape is remarkable. Zennor Quoit, a Neolithic burial chamber, sits on the open moorland east of the village. The surrounding moors are scattered with ancient field systems, standing stones, and Bronze Age settlements, most of them unmarked and half-swallowed by bracken.
