Blakes of the Hollow is the classic Enniskillen pub stop: old wood, several rooms, and enough history in the fittings to reward a slower drink. It is central, easy to find, and useful whether you want a pint after the castle or a livelier evening later on.
Go for atmosphere rather than novelty. Enniskillen is best when it does old-fashioned well.
