Broomhill Station

Broomhill is the northern terminus of the Strathspey Railway, the heritage line that runs steam and diesel trains through the valley from Aviemore. The original station was removed after the 1960s railway cuts and later rebuilt in period style.

Most travelers ride from Aviemore, but Broomhill is the Grantown-area end of the story and a good excuse to follow the old railway landscape.
