Corra Castle is a 16th-century tower ruin above Corra Linn. It is closed to visitors, partly because it shelters rare bats, but it is still part of the gorge scenery.
Treat it as a view from the trail rather than a castle visit. Its value is in the way it punctuates the wooded river walk above New Lanark.
