Banff's après-ski and après-hike scene is concentrated along Banff Avenue and Bear Street. The town is small and it fills up in season — expect queues at the popular spots on weekends in July, August, and February. A handful of saloons keep a Western frontier feel; the newer places lean toward craft beer and cocktail bars.
